Because many Black Dove Apparel products are made, printed, or prepared specifically for each customer, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated below.
Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, colors, quantities, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Made-to-order, custom, personalized, limited-production, and print-on-demand merchandise cannot generally be returned or exchanged because of:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Selecting the wrong color or variation
• Personal preference
• No longer wanting the item after production has begun
Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before ordering.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may begin processing shortly after purchase.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production, printing, preparation, or fulfillment.
If Black Dove Apparel approves a cancellation before production or fulfillment begins, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation rights that may be required by applicable law, including rights arising from qualifying shipping delays.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We stand behind the products we send.
If Black Dove Apparel sends the wrong item, or your merchandise arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
You must provide your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
After reviewing the claim, Black Dove Apparel may provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Customers should not return merchandise without first receiving return instructions.
SIZE & FIT
Unless the item itself is defective or the wrong size was sent by Black Dove Apparel, ordering an incorrect size does not qualify as a product defect.
Sizing may vary between garment manufacturers and styles. Customers should review the applicable size chart or measurements before purchasing.
COLOR & PRODUCT APPEARANCE
We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, garment material, printing method, or manufacturing variations.
Minor differences that do not materially affect the product are not necessarily considered defects.
RETURN CONDITION
When Black Dove Apparel authorizes a return, merchandise must generally be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition unless the return concerns a defect that prevents this.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, odors, stains, or customer-caused damage may be ineligible for return.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Black Dove Apparel or a refund of shipping charges is otherwise required by law.
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility for discretionary returns authorized by Black Dove Apparel.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment processor, or marketplace.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact Black Dove Apparel before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate order concerns.
We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, customer communications, production records, photographs, and applicable store policies to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a dispute or chargeback.
NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
